If you have a nationality other than the Dutch nationality, the answer to this question is mandatory. We need to know this in connection with FIFA's transfer rules.
Registration at 18 years of age or older
In the case of international transfers to the Netherlands, the foreign association must give permission to release the player. A foreign association gives permission by issuing an International Transfer Certificate (ITC). A transfer request is made through FIFA's online registration system - the Transfer Matching System (TMS) - and must be entered into TMS before the aforementioned deadlines. If the request for transfer is submitted after the end date of the relevant transfer period, the transfer (subject to the possibility of dispensation) can only take place in the next international transfer period. If the ITC has been received by the KNVB, the player is automatically registered in Sportlink. A player is only eligible to play after a written confirmation has been received.
Registration between 10 - 18 years of age

Registration up to 10 years
For players who wish to register and/or transfer internationally and are under 10 years of age, the KNVB is only obliged to report to the football association to be abandoned. FIFA approval and the issuance of an international transfer certificate are not necessary. However, one of the exceptions must be met. A request can be entered by the club in Sportlink. The KNVB will check whether one of the exceptions (for the transfer of a minor player) is met.
